When can I return a product?
You can return a product if:
Change your mind
In case you change your mind you have the option to choose another product or request a refund (right of withdrawal). The applicable law stipulates the right of return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. At www.vsjewelry.gr we enable our customers to return a product within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product
The product is defective
If the product is defective or has become defective until it is delivered to you, you will need to inform us of the details of the damage and arrange for the return of the product
The product has been damaged during transport
In case you receive any parcel from us that has obvious bumps from its transport and/or contains damaged or damaged product then you need to contact us within the next 48 hours of receipt
If you use a product that has been damaged during transport and even delivery to you, then you consider the damage acceptable and you bear any repair costs.
You have received the wrong product from what you ordered
If the product you received is different from what you ordered or from what is stated on your receipt or invoice, you will need to contact us so that you can tell us the product you should have received and the details of the one you actually received.

What conditions need to be met to be eligible for a refund?
In order for the return of the product to be accepted, you need:
- Return the product in its original shipping package (shipping box) as well as with all shipping protectors (bubble wrap etc).
- The product must be intact, ie not worn/used beyond the test and not soiled/beaten.
- The special markings, eg protectors, tags, labels, etc., have not been removed from the product.
- Do not modify the product, eg Remove part of the bracelet from the watches or any other modification to the jewelry
- Its packaging has not been damaged.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or purchase invoice
- Be accompanied by all the original documents with which it was sent (warranty, instructions for use)
- Fill in and submit the return declaration form
In the event that the above conditions are not met or we receive refunds outside our policy terms, refunds will not be accepted.
What about defective products?
In this case, you are entitled to:
- the repair of the product by us without any additional charge on your part
- its replacement unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. Replacement takes place after checking and confirming a defect either by us or by the respective official dealer or manufacturer
- the reduction of the selling price in relation to the defect
- withdrawal from the market unless it is an insignificant actual defect
In case of defective jewelry:
We undertake the complete and free repair or replacement of your jewelry in the rare case that a construction defect is detected.
Note: The jewelry store is not responsible for any damage and wear of the products after their use or due to incorrect use and in no case is it obliged to be replaced. In this case, the cost of repair and any shipping is borne by the customer.
What else do I need to know about returns?
The responsibility for the returned products belongs to you until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packaged and that they can not be damaged during transport. VS Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return shipping.
In case the product is returned by the customer damaged or incomplete, VS Jewelry has the right to:
- Ask for compensation from the customer. The amount of compensation is determined based on the condition of the products
- To unilaterally partially offset the customer’s claim with his own
How do I return a product?
Once your order has been shipped and you have received your products, you will need to submit a Return Request to return your products.

All your orders will be displayed there and you can choose the one you want to return and specifically the product to be returned. During the process, you need to inform us about the Cause of the return and the Energy you wish to be done with the return of the product (eg Repair, Replacement, Credit amount etc).

Does the refund apply to all products?
The refund applies to all products except:
- Products that are “Available on request”
- Converted products (eg resize)
- The products that are not in our catalog
- The seasonal items (charms).
- The products that are on offer throughout the year are changed only with products of the same category
- In a discount period the discount items are changed only with other discount items and within the offer period
- In case of change of the product during the discounts and if it is not defective, its valuation is done at the current, that is, at the reduced price

- Shipping costs are charged according to the current price lists of the courier company.
When and How is the refund made?
Refunds are made in case you change your mind and do not wish to replace the product with another.
The following applies to a refund:
- We refund the value of the product (including discounts)
- The amount we will return to you corresponds to the value of the product you bought. Shipping costs are not refundable when there is a corresponding charge or cash on delivery costs when this has been selected as the payment method.
- Your refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The refund method follows the payment method you chose when ordering. Specifically:
