What do jewelry guarantees cover?

Our company undertakes the complete and free repair or replacement of your jewelry in the rare case that a construction defect is detected:

• within 2 years from the date of purchase of your gold or silver jewelry.
• within a period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the jewelry which is made of non-precious materials.

What do jewelry guarantees not cover?

Damage resulting from normal wear, misuse or damage is not covered by our warranty and there is a charge for repair. For the proper use and maintenance of your jewelry you can consult the Instructions for Good Use and Care that accompany it.
