- Orders are shipped through courier companies
- Once your order is shipped you will receive a relevant confirmation email with the bill of lading number with which you can track your order
- Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days and hours excluding weekends and public holidays. The ability to ship on Saturday is available upon the option and provided as a service for the country of destination
To receive your order you have the option to choose between special shipping / receiving options based on your personal needs and based on the available options per country. The options we provide are the following:
- Collection from the store: you can pick up your order yourself from our store 39 Eftychidou 39, in Pagrati on working days and hours and if a telephone or electronic appointment has preceded.
- Courier with estimated delivery time (basic shipping service): we can send you your order with one of the cooperating courier companies. The estimated shipping time for each product is listed on each product page.
- Express Delivery: in case you are in a hurry and want immediate delivery of your order.
- For Greece, the Express Delivery feature is the same-day shipment which exists only for the region of Attica and for the “Immediately available in the store” products.
- Abroad, this option is provided for products that are “Immediately available in the store” or even for orders of products that are “Available in Stock” or “Upon Order” if you want them to be shipped as soon as they are ready.
For this service, there is an additional charge which is calculated upon your order if you have first filled in the shipping address.

- In case your order arrives and the courier company does not find someone to deliver the parcel, then it will make another 2-3 attempts by leaving a notice at the delivery address or sending you an SMS so that you can contact it.
- Your parcel will remain at the Courier Company Distribution Center for 7 – 10 days from the day of shipment.
- In case you do not contact and 7-10 days have passed since the 1st communication of the courier company with you, the product is automatically returned to us.
- Once the order is returned to us, we will contact you to re-arrange the shipment.
- In case the order is returned and the payment has been made by cash on delivery, in order for the order to be sent again, it must be discounted.
- If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to us, we undertake to resend the order at our own expense.
- If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to any error or omission in the delivery and contact details you stated, then the cost of the second shipment is borne by you.
